Ion – Managing Director
Ion oversees the day-to-day management of Dandee Consulting and is responsible for ensuring that client engagements remain aligned with agreed objectives. Once a project is underway, he maintains oversight across delivery, internal coordination, and performance checkpoints to ensure continuity throughout the engagement lifecycle.
His responsibilities include coordinating between sales, operations, and finance, reviewing progress against timelines, and resolving execution bottlenecks as they arise. Ion maintains consistency across projects by ensuring internal teams remain focused on scope, accountability, and delivery standards.
Eric – Sales Executive
Eric works on the front end of client engagement, managing early-stage conversations and qualification processes. His responsibilities include understanding commercial objectives, assessing organisational fit, and setting clear expectations before engagements begin. He ensures that prospects enter the pipeline with a clear understanding of scope, timelines, and commercial alignment.
He supports pipeline progression through structured follow-ups, internal coordination, and detailed documentation. Eric works closely with internal teams to relay requirements accurately, reducing friction during handover and ensuring prospects receive consistent information before moving into delivery phases. His role helps maintain continuity between initial discussions and active engagement.
Charles Whitehead – Sales Executive
Charles supports business development through consultative discussions and opportunity management. He works closely with leadership to ensure that client requirements are clearly documented, internally aligned, and positioned correctly before project initiation.
His role involves managing inbound enquiries, coordinating discovery conversations, and preparing internal summaries that support smooth operational handover. Charles focuses on maintaining clarity throughout the sales process, ensuring that expectations, scope, and commercial details remain consistent as opportunities progress.
Mel – Sales Executive
Mel focuses on relationship continuity across the sales process, supporting both new enquiries and ongoing client communication. She ensures that interactions remain structured and timely, helping prospects and clients maintain clarity at each stage of engagement.
Her responsibilities include managing follow-ups, maintaining communication timelines, and coordinating internally to support smooth transitions between sales discussions and delivery teams. Mel plays a key role in maintaining consistency across touchpoints, helping reduce delays and misalignment during engagement setup.
Vishnu – Accounting Executive
Vishnu manages accounting operations and financial controls within Dandee Consulting. His work includes maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing invoicing workflows, and ensuring that internal compliance standards are consistently met.
He supports leadership with structured financial reporting, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow oversight. Vishnu’s role ensures that financial processes remain organised, transparent, and aligned with the firm’s operational planning requirements.
Saurabh Khajuria – Operational Director
Saurabh manages operational execution across all active client work. His role centres on internal process control, workload planning, and maintaining continuity across delivery teams.
He oversees workflow allocation, tracks progress across parallel engagements, and ensures internal systems support consistent output. Saurabh also identifies inefficiencies within internal operations and implements corrective adjustments to maintain steady delivery without disruption.
Deepak Shukla – Founder
Deepak Shukla established Dandee Consulting with a focus on structured execution, operational clarity, and accountability. His background in building and managing service-based businesses has shaped the firm’s emphasis on defined roles, clear processes, and measurable output.
